Orlando Attorney - Lawyer, providing experienced Consumer Protection, Family Law, Estate Law, Employment Law, Business Law, and Bankruptcy Law legal representation in Orlando, Orange County, and the surrounding Central Florida area.

Steven Fahlgren was born in Chicago, Illinois. He lives with his wife and three children in Hilliard, Florida. Mr. Fahlgren leads our firm with integrity, professional ethics and a commitment to serving others.

His military experience includes serving as a Counterintelligence Assistant in the 82nd Airborne and a Counterintelligence Agent in the Republic of Korea.  Mr. Fahlgren served in the United States Army from 1986 through 1989.

Mr. Fahlgren has received the highest rating from the Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory.  These ratings are granted by peers and judges, and awarded only to firms that consistently provide service of the highest ethical standard and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the law.  Mr. Fahlgren's jury trial experience includes a patent infringement trial lasting in excess of five weeks and a groundbreaking same-sex sexual harassment trial in which Mr. Fahlgren's clients obtained a jury verdict for an amount in excess of one million dollars.

Mr. Fahlgren founded the Law Offices of Steven M. Fahlgren, P.A., to pursue his passion for consumer and employment litigation.  This past year alone, Mr. Fahlgren has been involved in over 60 consumer and employment-related cases. He is committed to helping consumers who have been taken advantage of and who cannot find quality representation anywhere else.  Because there are few attorneys who practice consumer litigation in central Florida, Mr. Fahlgren hopes that his passion for consumer rights makes him a positive role model for his peers as well as a constant reminder to his clients that they have the right to be treated justly and fairly.
